about me

my name is nora.

i grew up on the east coast and i've dealt with my own anxiety since before i can remember. but, i do recall, i first wanted to be a life coach when i was 14 years old (old soul here). 

worlds collided as my intrigue into the mind brought me to the world of science. i studied the brain up close and personal as i worked toward receiving my dual degree in neuroscience & psychology (i'm a big ol' nerd, i know).

i thought the realm of research would start answering my questions about the world, other people, myself...but i found more questions than when i started. 🙃wtf

so, a little over 4 years ago now, i delved back into the magic that is spirituality. now, i am a certified coach and i feel more called into this work than ever.

i'm a libra ☀️, an empath ✌🏻, a newlywed 💍, an imperfect woman still learning along the way ✨i see things just a little differently than most people i've come across and i'm starting to see how valuable that really is.
